OUR PHILOSOPHY
At Bright Stars Early Learning Centre our philosophy is based on respect, understanding and the right of every child to equality of opportunity.
VALUES & BELIEFS
We value the right of the individual and acknowledge each child as a unique human being who operates within many different contexts.
We believe a child is not a static being, but grows, develops and changes as they interact with and explore their place in the world around them.
We value the knowledge and perspective that families bring to the care and education of their child/ren. Professional education compliments, and is complimented by, the personal and contextual understandings of parents and families.
We believe in the power of relationships. With honesty, respect and communication children, families, teachers and communities can work together to create an environment that inspires learning, challenges injustice, embraces diversities and fosters caring and respectful relationships.
